Support for Youth and Creative Projects: JAIDARMAN
Sana Holding provides strategic, organizational, and financial support to JAIDARMAN - Kazakhstan’s largest youth comedy movement. Over the years, JAIDARMAN has become a launching pad for hundreds of young talents: comedians, actors, screenwriters, producers, and musicians who have gone on to shape the country’s television, digital media, and entertainment landscape.
The project plays a vital role in fostering youth culture, nurturing public speaking and stage performance skills, and building a creative community across the country.
Organizational and Methodological Support
Sana Holding contributes to all key stages of JAIDARMAN’s operations, including:
- Venue preparation and stage design
- Team logistics coordination
- Accommodation and transportation arrangements for participants
- Creative mentorship and advisory sessions (concept development, stage image, performance coaching)
Production and Content Development
As part of the long-term partnership, Sana Holding has supported both author-driven projects and television formats under the JAIDARMAN umbrella - helping to professionalize productions and scale them to broader audiences.
Investment Grants and Talent Development
A dedicated focus of support is the grant program for Higher League winners, launched to stimulate original creative entrepreneurship among young talents:
- 1st Place – KZT 50 million
- 2nd Place – KZT 15 million
- 3rd Place – KZT 5 million
These grants enable winners to develop, produce, and launch original creative products in the cultural and media industries.
JAI Battle Format
As part of the movement’s evolution, JAIDARMAN introduced a new competitive format - JAI Battle - a dynamic series of comedic battles where teams and solo performers face off in wit, improvisation, and originality. Successfully implemented during the 2022 and 2023 seasons, JAI Battle has emerged as a standalone platform for showcasing bold, fast-paced youth comedy.
Through its support for JAIDARMAN, Sana Holding helps cultivate the next generation of Kazakhstani creatives - building infrastructure for talent, entrepreneurship, and cultural expression.
